Nurses & Teachers Week Schedule

The week of May 4th - 9th, we celebrate teachers and nurses for all they do! In addition to our regular schedule, we are offering the following classes:

• Sunday, May 4th: Yoga Nidra w/ Liz at 6:00pm

• Monday, May 5th: Yoga Sculpt w/ Jami at 4:00pm

• Wednesday, May 7th: Vin - Yin w/ Regan at 4:00pm

• Friday, May 9th: Yin & Soundbath w/ Regan & Tina 7:00pm

All classes this week will be $10 for nurses and teachers. Yoga Nidra and Yin & Soundbath workshops will be $20 each.
